If you’re looking to return or exchange an item for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your order. You can return your item for store credit, another product, or a refund to the original payment method. After 30 days, your item can still be returned, but only for store credit. Store credits can be used on any Cardin McCoy purchases.

Please email customerservice@cardinmccoy.com to begin the return/exchange process.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
-Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

-Personalized items are final sale

-Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

-Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

-We offer free returns and exchanges once per order. If you need to return or exchange an item a second time, please reach out to us for assistance.

-If you are returning shoes, please place shoe box in a mailing box and use the provided return label. If we receive your return with the label taped directly on the shoe box your return will not be accepted.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Complete the form found here: mccoysboys.myreturnscenter.com
2. Print your shipping label that you will receive by email once your return is approved
3. Send all items back using the label provided

We will send you an email once your return/exchange has been processed.

Once we receive your item(s), it should take no longer than 3-5 business days for us to process your return or exchange. If you have any questions please email us at customerservice@cardinmccoy.com.

Cardin McCoy is NOT responsible for:

  • Marked delivered items. If the tracking for your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend reaching out to your local post office with the tracking for more information or to file a claim.
