How can I track my order?

Can I change or cancel an order?
We process orders as quickly as possible. Email customerservice@cardinmccoy.com to check the status of your order and ask about a change or cancellation.
What if there is a problem with my order?

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sezzle, and Shop Pay. Available payment options are shown at checkout.
Shipping & returns
What are the shipping options?
Standard shipping: 7–10 business days.
Express shipping: 3–5 business days.
We offer free shipping on orders over $75. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging, with the original tags. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
There is no restocking fee, and we cover return shipping. Items can be exchanged up to two times per item.
What happens after 30 days?
Returns after the 30-day period receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is valid for one year from its date of issue.
Sizing & fit
Where can I find measurements?
Our size guide includes kids’ tees, performance shorts, loafers, and Chelsea boots.
How do the shoes fit?
Loafers run small. Chelsea boots are true to size. Measure from the tip of the big toe to the heel, then compare the length with the chart for that shoe style.
Which sizes do you carry?
Kids’ clothing sizes are XXS (2/3), XS (4/5), S (6/7), M (8/10), and L (12/14).
Footwear sizes and availability vary by style. Select a product to see its current size options, and use the size guide to compare measurements.

What materials do you use?
Materials vary by product and include cotton, organic cotton, leather, and recycled polyester. Check the product description for its specific materials and care instructions.
Are your products sustainably produced?
Some products are made from 100% organic cotton, and our bags and tags are made from recycled materials.
Where are your products made?
Our products are produced in India, China, Bangladesh, and Peru. All t-shirts are screen printed and packaged in Brunswick, Georgia.

How do I apply for a wholesale account?
Apply for a wholesale account. The minimum order quantity is 72 pieces.
Do you offer custom printing?
